LAVIDGE Announces a Slate of New Business Wins in 2022

November 2, 2022

PHOENIX (Nov. 2, 2022) LAVIDGE has added several new clients to its roster this year from a variety of industry verticals.

“We’re proud to announce our recent new business wins across so many industries,” said Dave Nobs, managing director of growth & development for LAVIDGE. “We welcome the chance to engage our team in producing the best work possible for these new clients.”

The Phoenix-based, full-service marketing firm offers a variety of client services across the advertising, media planning and buying, web site development, digital marketing, public relations, social media, and multicultural marketing spectrum.

LAVIDGE has been working with sports industry and Phoenix-based golf equipment powerhouse PING in the digital media space to help reinforce its industry leadership.

Within the wellness space, LAVIDGE recently developed a new creative platform, “The Power of Feeling Good,” for Massage Heights to differentiate the company from the competition and reinforce what makes it unique. “The Power of Feeling Good” was recently introduced at the 2022 Franchise Conference in Tucson.

Other recent client acquisitions include The Wilde Resort and Spa within the travel and hospitality industry. LAVIDGE is handling public relations and social media for the premier getaway destination overlooking Sedona’s beautiful natural landscape.

LAVIDGE also added Rio Salado College to its robust family of education clients as the school expands its national online campus. Rio Salado has more than 40 years of providing flexible and affordable education to students across the country.

Phoenix’s booming real estate market paved the way for additional marketing opportunities for the agency. LAVIDGE is helping companies like American Resort Communities, Mark-Taylor Residential and HCW’s Caesars Republic Scottsdale with their marketing and PR endeavors.

American Resort Communities launched its “attainable living” brand earlier this year, which will develop master-planned communities of customizable homes offering top-notch amenities.

Mark-Taylor Companies is a privately held Arizona-based developer, owner, and investment manager of multifamily communities. They rank as the largest apartment developer in the state as well as the second-largest owner of rental communities.

HCW, a national real estate development and property management company, announced in April that above-ground construction is underway on the Caesars Republic luxury hotel in Scottsdale. The lauded 11-story, 265-room hotel is on track to open Q1 of 2024.

LAVIDGE is also working with First Things First, FlipOS, Hope 4 Kids International, Industrial Commission of Arizona, and MiTek Electronics, among other new clients.
