LAVIDGE IMPACT charitable giving program underwrites entry fees

PHOENIX - (March 14, 2022) – Ten dogs and two cats represented LAVIDGE IMPACT in Southwest Human Development’s (SWHD) 2022 Pet-a-Palooza photo contest for a chance to be featured in the non-profit’s calendar to benefit children.

LAVIDGE IMPACT invited agency pet parents to show off their fluffy friends and paid the $10 entry fee for each employee’s photo submission.

From there, each entrant—along with the entire Phoenix-based agency—was encouraged to share a web page where family and friends could “vote” for their favorite ($5 per vote or $20 for 10).

The winners were featured in the Pets of Southwest Human Development Calendar, with proceeds benefiting Arizona children ages 5 and under. Winners were also invited to participate in the Pet-a-Palooza Showcase March 12 at the inaugural Thrive to 5 Playfest.

Founded in 1981, SWHD has grown from serving 175 children and families to serving 140,000 children, families and professionals.
