8 agency employees donate time to Phoenix food and clothing bank

PHOENIX - (May 18, 2022) – Seven employees and one family member devoted their morning today to sort donations at Nourish Phoenix food and clothing bank through LAVIDGE IMPACT.

Mike Jones and Betsey Griffin Jones frequently volunteer together through LAVIDGE IMPACT.LAVIDGE, which has given back to the communities it serves since opening in 1982, formally organized its charitable efforts in 2019 when it established IMPACT. Each month, under the direction of IMPACT Chair Sandra Torre, employees and their families or friends are invited to participate in one or more service projects.

Torre, LAVIDGE’S EVP and CFO, devotes numerous hours each year coordinating numerous volunteer opportunities.

This month, LAVIDGE IMPACT returned to Nourish Phoenix, one of a few local agencies which regularly request assistance. Formerly known as ICM, NourishPHX has served the underprivileged in Phoenix since the 1980s.
