Vaping is an addiction that many teens struggle with today. But for every person who does vape, there’s a talented, unique, interesting person who doesn’t. We created the Unvape Generation campaign to put those teens at the center of the story, letting them showcase their talents and boldly proclaim why they choose not to vape, inspiring their peers to join the movement.
The key to the Unvape Generation was finding real Arizona teens willing to share their skills and their stories. Each video was crafted to capture the passion these teens had for their hobbies and for choosing not to vape.
To fight message fatigue on social platforms, we launched the campaign in phases, with each phase incorporating new teens that contributed to the growing movement.
To extend the idea and expand the Unvape message, we launched the Unvape Arizona contest, giving teens an opportunity to create their own anti-vaping ads for a chance to use their voice, show off their creativity, and win prizes.
