To brand this friendlier position, we created a neighborhood of characters to bring the message of “You stay healthy.[3][2] We’ll stay affordable” to life. Used throughout all touchpoints, the colorful characters help SimonMed stand out as a warm and approachable option compared to the big, cold hospitals.[4]
