Giving Never Gives Up: Valley of the Sun United Way Turns 100
Some milestones deserve more than a celebration; they deserve a movement. That’s exactly what we ignited with Valley of the Sun United Way to mark 100 years of service to the Valley.
Our platform, “Giving Never Gives Up,” drives the centennial campaign. It captures VSUW’s longstanding commitment to meeting evolving community needs, economic shifts, and social change. Through the decades, their spirit of giving remains unwavering.
To help tell this story, we crafted a bold, heartfelt campaign that spans outdoor, digital, print, and connected TV, all reinforcing how a century of commitment continues to impact lives across our community today. From campaign strategy to execution, the work reflects what LAVIDGE does best: shine a spotlight on purpose-driven organizations doing the hard, human work of making a difference.
We’re proud to be part of VSUW’s legacy and honored to help amplify their next chapter. Because when it comes to building a better Valley, we believe giving should never give up either.

Putting Science into Storytelling
Aqueous Diagnostics has an important story to tell: to make managing your health easier by offering in-home and point-of-care testing. In other words, anywhere you need it. LAVIDGE will be supporting their efforts with public relations and sales collateral to help tell their story, drive awareness, and support growth in this high-impact category.

Lasagna Love: A Recipe for Kindness
Fueled by generosity (and 20 pounds of ground meat!), the LAVIDGE team brought nourishment to the community, one layer at a time. Lasagna Love works with volunteers to assemble, build and deliver lasagna to those in need. As part of our August IMPACT event, LAVIDGIANS teamed up to cook, assemble, and deliver 20 lasagnas in one day.

Answering the Call: Code Red Water Drive
LAVIDGE joined forces with Phoenix Rescue Mission’s Code Red campaign to collect 50 cases of water, helping protect our most vulnerable neighbors from Arizona’s extreme summer heat. It’s a small act with a big impact and another example of LAVIDGE showing up for our community when it counts.

From Disruptor to Dominator. A Look Back at Massage Envy
When Massage Envy first walked through our doors, they were a regional player with a big idea: to make massage professional, convenient, and affordable. Over the next decade, we helped turn that idea into a national movement.
Back then, massage was considered either a luxury or a little taboo. But with smart strategy, consistent brand building, and bold creative execution, LAVIDGE helped transform the conversation. Together with the Massage Envy leadership, a talented marketing team and dedicated franchisees, we redefined massage, and self-care, across the country.
From just over 100 clinics to more than 1,000, we scaled the brand with everything from national campaigns to local activations. We introduced new service lines (like facials), helped pioneer a new wellness category, and made sure the brand stood tall in every neighborhood it entered.
