Giving and Sharing with Passion: LAVIDGE’s 2025 IMPACT Recap

January 5, 2026

Since 2019, LAVIDGE’s employee volunteer program, IMPACT: Giving and Sharing with Passion, has engaged team members in meaningful community service. It was the goal of CFO, Sandra Torre, to support nonprofit organizations across the Valley and LAVIDGE employees jumped at the chance to give back alongside their coworkers.

Since its inception, LAVIDGE has contributed more than 3,000 volunteer hours through a wide range of service activities, participated in over 100 community events and partnered with more than 30 local nonprofit organizations to foster lasting, impactful relationships.

In 2025, IMPACT supported 10 events and initiatives, making this one of the most successful years to date. Dozens of volunteers spent their time, energy and hard-earned money to support the community in different ways. The 2025 initiatives included:

  • Family Promise AZ: On February 12, a group of volunteers from LAVIDGE spent their mornings sorting, labeling and preparing items to ensure the facility remained well-stocked and organized for the families they serve.

  • New Life Center and Hope’s Closet: LAVIDGE employees gathered at Hope’s Closet, a thrift shop run by New Life Center, to help organize and stock donations to ensure that the store remained efficient and filled with items. From pricing furniture to hanging clothing on the racks, every task performed on May 11 was to support those recovering from domestic violence.

  • Project C.U.R.E: LAVIDGIGANS volunteered their time reviewing inventory, organizing supplies, and loading containers for shipments for Project C.U.R.E. Project C.U.R.E focuses on providing medical supplies to those in need while also providing medical training, medical relief volunteer opportunities and medical mission trips.

  • Lasagna Love: IMPACT volunteers gathered on August 1 to assemble, wrap and label a batch of tasty lasagnas. Then LAVIDGE employees hand delivered the ready-to-bake meals to grateful recipients. By day’s end, LAVIDGE had provided 20 lasagnas to families in need. This was an IMPACT first, but it will not be the last time LAVIDGE participates in Lasagna Love.

  • CODE RED Water Drive: August 18 through September 12, LAVIDGE participated in Phoenix Rescue Mission’s Code: Red with the goal to collect and donate 50 cases of bottled water. With LAVIDGE’s help, Phoenix Rescue Mission along with their partners well surpassed the 1,000,000 water bottle milestone. With AZ temperatures soaring and the summer months extending into September, this was a crucial effort to make sure people living without reliable shelter had access to clean, cold water.

  • Golf for Hope: LAVIDGE participated in and sponsored Golf for Hope, a fundraiser supporting the Arizona Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Our group played 9-holes of glow-in-the-dark golf and participated in the activities through the evening to support suicide prevention.

  • Arizona Gives Day: LAVIDGE participated in Arizona Gives Day, which raises funds for nonprofit partners and offers in-kind marketing services to support nonprofits.

  • Special Olympics: On October 24, IMPACT team members provided support for the 2025 Fall Special Olympic Games, including refereeing and keeping score for the bocce ball competitions. The day was filled with friendly competition, laughter and so much joy.

  • St. Mary’s Food Bank: From November 1st through November 26th, employees rallied together to bring in food and fill up four large boxes with a variety of needed items for St. Mary’s annual holiday food drive. With donations of peanut butter, canned goods, dried goods and other essential items, LAVIDGE surpassed our fundraising goals and helped St. Mary’s provide holiday meals to the community

  • Salvation Army: For the last IMPACT event of the year, LAVIDGIGANS provided an array of gifts for 45 different children in the Valley. The Christmas Angel program is one of the long-time favorites of LAVIDGE and we continued to our tradition of helping to bring some joy to deserving children on Christmas Day.

2025 was an incredibly successful year of IMPACT support. Through the dedication of our employees and the meaningful partnerships with local nonprofits, IMPACT has not only delivered support to those in need but also reinforced a culture of compassion, teamwork and purpose.

As 2026 begins, IMPACT will continue to reflect the heart of LAVIDGE’s values by bringing people together to serve, support and strengthen the community. We will remain committed to expanding our efforts and finding new ways to give back, ensuring that IMPACT continues to live up to its name in the years ahead.
