Job Summary

The Art Director will partner closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to concept, design, and execute integrated campaigns for a diverse client roster. This role requires a strong foundation in traditional layout and print design, as well as digital media – particularly social media, digital marketing, and platform-specific creative.

The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker and skilled visual problem-solver who can translate ideas into compelling, high-quality work across channels, confidently present creative to internal teams and clients, and collaborate seamlessly across departments. A working knowledge of motion and video is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Concept and art direct integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
Lead visual execution for digital-first work, including social media, digital advertising, and campaign assets
Apply strong design fundamentals to both print and digital deliverables
Present concepts and finished work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence
Collaborate with creative, account, strategy, and production teams to deliver cohesive work
Ensure all work meets brand standards, creative objectives, and quality expectations
Inspire peers by setting a high bar for craft, concept, and execution

Education & Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in art direction, design, or a related creative role
Agency experience strongly preferred
Proven experience leading and executing digital-focused creative
Demonstrated ability to concept and execute across multiple platforms

Skills & Qualifications

Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
Deep understanding of digital design, especially social media and digital marketing
Solid foundation in traditional layout and print design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Strong presentation skills; experience with Keynote and PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail and craft
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
