Job Title: Account Coordinator

Job Summary

The Account Coordinator supports Account Executives in the day-to-day management of client accounts while developing the skills needed to advance to an Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow of client projects from initiation through final delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, media, and account service) to execute projects and drive positive outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and support ongoing account needs
  • Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation using agency systems (e.g., Workamajig, ClickUp)
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, status updates, and client recaps
  • Review budgets, track monthly billings, and support financial reporting for assigned accounts
  • Proof deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality prior to client delivery
  • Gather insights and supporting information for briefs, planning, and research activities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and account support, including stepping in as needed when Account Executives are unavailable

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in marketing, business, or communications preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, including proper grammar and punctuation
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent execution and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fast-paced, evolving team environment
  • Ability to promote and foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
