PHOENIX - (March 28, 2024) – LAVIDGE EVP and Chief Financial Officer Sandra Torre recently shared with Greater Phoenix InBusiness Magazine the agency’s philosophy for enhancing succession planning for leadership roles.
This includes leveraging tools such as the Predictive Index and Clifton Strengths, Torre noted in her submission to the magazine's March Feedback column.
"This approach is a testament to our mantra: "Be Creative, Work Smart, Have Fun," Torre said.
Torre is one of four local leaders who contributed to the popular monthly feature.
