Job Summary
The Associate Client Service Director manages day-to-day client relationships and oversees the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring work aligns with client objectives and agency standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects
- Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams, including creative, media, digital, and production
- Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution
- Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting campaign updates and recommendations
- Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client expectations
- Support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple platforms
- Assist in developing project scopes and briefing internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of client objectives and deliverables

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 10–12 years of account management experience in an advertising, marketing, or communications agency environment
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams
