The Idea Factory

Hanging right inside our front door, you’ll find an enormous mural illustrated by our Creative Director, Bob Case. In it, workers in a huge factory wearing overalls load freshly-mined rocks into carts, then shovel the rocks into furnaces. Conveyor belts take finished lightbulbs from the furnaces to be packaged up, then loaded into trucks and distributed. This factory represents The Lavidge Company, and this illustrates the way we work every day—only, instead of lightbulbs, we produce ideas. Each of our four departments is represented here, working together as part of a seamless whole to strategize, create and transmit ideas.
Furthermore, if you peer a bit closer, you’ll find workers fulfilling each dictum of our Mantra: being creative, working smart and having fun. We hang this mural where both we and our clients can see it each and every day for a reason: to remind us of how we can work together to create the best, most effective marketing possible for our clients.
