production

To help us work smarter for you, The Lavidge Company has grown a full-service production division. We can take creative from concept to air with the ability to do almost everything in-house. This unique efficiency lowers our rates and keeps our production value high.

In-house services include: 3-D animation, direction, camera operators, audio and a full post-production editing suite. Our production teams have years of experience and are experts in their disciplines.

broadcast production/tv

Our broadcast producers see projects through from concept to completion. Depending on the size and scope of the projects, they oversee pre-production with duties that include creating detailed estimates and timelines, bidding directors, organizing auditions, and hiring location scouts, if necessary.

During the shoot, our producers keep a watchful eye on production time and costs. They keep things moving and on budget.

They also oversee post-production. Whether it's putting together a rough cut in our own Dark Room edit bay, creating sound design or executing a layback, our broadcast producers make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and on time -- all while maintaining superior production value.

radio

Much like for TV broadcast production, our radio producers create estimates, prepare timelines, handle casting and schedule sound design. They also oversee the sound design, making certain the session runs smoothly and on schedule.

animation -- 3d and 2d

3D animation is one of Lavidge's exceptional strengths. Bob Case, our Chief Creative Officer, is more than a creative director, he's also a skilled 3D and 2D animator. His delightful mastery of art and technology has won him praise from clients and critics, including numerous ADDY and Emmy awards.

Audio

Our new audio suite brings you high-quality voiceover recording capabilities as well as in-house sound design. Need an original score? We can do that, too.

dark room/post-production suite

When The Lavidge Company opened the Dark Room in 2008, we brought much of our post-production in-house. For our clients, this means higher production value at lower production costs. Ronda Farthing, our Director of Broadcast Production, along with our Senior Editor Dan Davis, brings 20-plus years of experience and a wall full of trophies, including several Emmy and national ADDY Awards. Dan cuts on the latest Final Cut Pro System.
