New Hires and Promotions Round Out Phoenix Ad Agency's Seasoned Team

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - (June 08, 2008) - The Lavidge Company (TLC), a leading advertising, interactive, marketing and public relations firm based in Scottsdale, announced today a series of new hires and promotions within its Account Management, Public Relations and Creative departments.

"They say we are judged by the company we keep, so we have chosen some truly talented folks to join our ranks," said CEO Bill Lavidge.

Gina Lawson has joined Lavidge as associate creative director. With previous local stints at Moses Anshell, Cramer-Krasselt and various agencies in L.A., Lawson brings over 20 years of advertising experience to the Phoenix ad agency along with award-winning copywriting. Lawson's accounts will include the Arizona Diamondbacks, Massage Envy and The Phoenix Zoo.

Mercedes Aloia was promoted to senior account executive. In her new role, Aloia will continue to work with Lavidge clients like Massage Envy and the Phoenix Suns.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

Diana Rothery was hired as account executive to service clients such as Luxian Scottsdale, Indigo Ridge, Plain Jane Produce and Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead. Rothery previously worked at Crosby/Wright Advertising and Public Relations and received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Mass Media and Advertising from the University of Idaho.

Marcia Scott joins The Lavidge Company as senior account executive.  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. Previously Scott had the opportunity to work with Coca Cola, Freshens Premium Yogurt and The Home Depot before landing at ValuJet Airlines just prior to their safety problems and the fatal crash of Flight 592. Before relocating to Phoenix, Marcia served as Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations at Premiere Global Services, a publicly-held communications technology firm.

Tim Jessup has joined the Phoenix ad agency as production artist and comes from E.B. Lane Advertising & Public Relations where he was a graphic designer. Jessup received his bachelor's degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Phoenix.

Nathan Seron also joined The Lavidge Company as production artist.  Formerly a graphic designer for E.B. Lane and Six Degrees, Seron works on the Arizona Diamondbacks and Paddock Pools.

"I'm excited about the talent base we've built here," said Bob Case, chief creative officer. "All of our new team members come with unique skills and will add to the breadth of creativity we bring to our clients everyday. Plus, we were a few short for our softball league."
